Xponential also offers customized support contracts to fit your needs. From 4 hours a week to 4 days a weeks we have a experienced technician to help you with your regular support needs.
Billing Policies. We have a 1 hour minimum billable time for on-site visits. Scheduled on-site visits that need to be rescheduled or canceled must be done so 24 hours in advance or a 1 hour minimum billable time will apply. Clients are responsible for all their data and backups of that data on workstations being serviced.
On-site calls scheduled less then 24 hours in advance are considered Same Day for billing purposes. On-site calls scheduled 48 hours or less in advance are considered next day for billing purposes.
