We were successful from the day we opened our doors because of the support we received - we opened with a really robust membership and we've just grown ever since. 

We saw success immediately, as soon as we were opened because we had a very strong presale and so as soon as we opened our doors, we had a community.

I really wanted to not only create an income stream as an absentee owner but also to create a legacy for my children and support them in the future. 

We were inspired by the mission to serve all people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, and attracted to the stability and expertise of the largest group of boutique fitness studios. It's a simple business model and we love impacting the lives of people that walk through our doors. Everyone has a purpose and a place in our boat.

StretchLab is a brand I’m proud to be a part of. Opening three existing locations, with an additional three opening in the future, with the support from Xponential and the StretchLab team, has been a truly rewarding and worthwhile investment. Our members love the services, and StretchLab is complementary to all workouts and walks of life.

I feel like we have such a connection with every person on the corporate team that there's always someone who can get back to us in a timely manner. But then just the weekly calls, the group calls for open studios or pre-sale studios, the recordings of these calls on the LMS platform that we use to share information and train with, is so helpful.

CycleBar Corporate provides top-notch support through the process of opening as well as continued ongoing support. To work so long and hard and then to see how CycleBar has not only touched my life but impacted the lives of each employee and member, is indescribable in words.

I own different franchises and different concepts outside of Xponential. Their team has been fantastic for support. I've been with the franchise since 2015. I've watched it grow. My studios have grown. I started with one unit, now up to seven, and recently acquired the master franchise rights for Switzerland, Ireland, and France.

Not only just through Zoom calls and speaking with the StretchLab team, but also in-studio visits from our regional sales manager, Jason, and they respond quickly. They're always available and it's something that, like I said, has helped us continue to grow and solve a lot of issues that we've seen along the way.

From the weekly & daily calls, to emails, to having our management team very accessible... there's so many resources. We really love how much they care about the franchisee, the studios, and how intimate they are with it.

We have a very deep love for our brand. I started out as a client, became a teacher, and then came on to own my own studio. So I feel like it's our love for the brand, it's our love for our clients and our technique, and what we can do for our members.

Each department works so seamlessly together to provide us owners with the ability to become the level of involved owners we’d like to be. They have supported me immensely which resulted in a record-breaking year at my little studio in Alaska. They’ve created a huge level of trust. The in-person experience they provide at training just can’t be beat. I quite honestly can’t sing their praises enough and I’d argue my numbers in Anchorage do their part!
