Millie, a San Francisco Bay Area native, is classically trained in all styles of Dance. She received her BFA from the University of Arizona's School of Dance and moved to Los Angeles shortly after to pursue a professional Dance career. While keeping this dream alive, she's found a strong passion for health and fitness. Millie enjoys teaching and inspiring others to accomplish their goals physically and mentally. She's thankful to be able to do what she loves each and every day with the support of incredible friends and family.
