Jeni truly believes that fitness should be fun, challenging, and something to look forward to doing. Her workouts are all based with the foundation of Pilates. Making sure form is correct is most important to Jeni because then she believes you can get the most out of each and every workout. Jeni doesn't consider herself a 'method' person. Her personal philosphy is that fitness is different for everybody and that’s why she includes so many different types of workouts for her clients.
