A Southern California native, Tamara grew up as a basketball player, and transitioned to becoming a dancer in college, where she truly discovered her love for movement. She considers herself a jack of all trades, but master of none, as she constantly loves to try new things. She is passionate about exploring the body’s capabilities and pushing beyond limitations. As a 500-hr RYT, Tamara has been teaching a variety of yoga styles from aerial yoga to chair yoga. She believes in maintaining a healthy relationship between you and your body - knowing when to push and when to find strength to back off. No matter what, she always strives to have a great time, stay positive, and appreciate every moment we are given!
