Josh, a west coast native, started his fitness journey at a very early age as a competitive runner in Third Grade. His natural athletic ability and desire for competition continued through his high school and college years as a multi-sport athlete in track and field, basketball and volleyball. While in college, Josh elevated his passion for fitness by helping others in their own fitness journey as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Every day he is motivated to help others live a healthy lifestyle to bring out their best self.
